At BalkanID, we don’t hire entry-level graduates directly—we always bring them in as full-time interns for three months first. If you are found to be exceptional, you will have the opportunity to interview for a full time opportunity at BalkanID.
Because internships are a two-way evaluation:
✅ You have to prove that you are a force multiplier for the company.
✅ BalkanID has to prove that we will be a force multiplier for your career.
If there’s a mutual fit, we transition interns into full-time roles.
Our internships are only full time but remote (you can work from anywhere) and require a minimum of 3 months commitment. Our internships may not pay as much cash as some large companies, but they are always paid. Interns also receive equity in the company. More importantly, they offer hands-on experience, exposure to high-impact work, and an accelerated learning curve that few other internships can match.
