BalkanID, a venture backed cybersecurity company backed by top tier investors is looking for Data Scientists / Machine Learning Engineers with product/engineer/developer mindset.

You will lead solving customer problems within an area of focus. You will be responsible for contributing to discovery, planning, architecture, roadmap, and delivery in an area of focus within a broader identity access management and entitlement governance solution at the intersection of IAM, IAG, and Security. You will also act as a technical product owner, provide subject matter expertise in both technical and non technical settings, work with cross functional teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You should have strong programming skills and professional experience in one or more: AI and Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Deep Learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Within an area of focus, you will lead solving already identified customer problems and discover new ones.
• Develop, operate, and maintain effective machine learning models.
• Deploy, operate, and maintain machine learning systems in production alongside a full engineering team.
• Relentlessly iterate solutions within a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications:

• MS, PhD, or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years building, deploying, and monitoring machine learning systems in production environments.
• Experience building, deploying, and monitoring machine learning operations automation.
• Programming experience with Python, Java, Go, or C++.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure tools, e.g. Kubernetes, AWS or other cloud development environments.
• Good problem solver, communicator, team player, with a customer focused mindset.
